Often considered to be vulnerable targets because of their gender, women generally face a higher level of risk than men. Our For Women Only security training is designed to meet the needs of women everywhere – non-traveling female employees, wives of executives, family members and business women who travel internationally and domestically.
Our training program teaches women how to reduce their level of exposure and respond to risks that include assault and harassment. By learning to act rather than react, women are empowered to take control of their personal safety inside and outside the workplace with an attitude of confidence.
We teach attendees the principles of preventive behavior. Participants learn how to evaluate personal vulnerability and take specific lifesaving actions when faced with an imminent threat. The course demonstrates preventive techniques and tips for guarding a home, creating a safe room, and using parking lots, taxis, elevators, and personal and rental vehicles. We also teach actions to prevent as well as survive violent attacks, including rape and kidnapping.
Attending For Women Only allows females to take a fresh look at their personal habits. After identifying their weaknesses and vulnerabilities, attendees can incorporate new behaviors that will help ensure personal safety and well-being.
